Working for... us!

VB-Airsuspension is going through the gears in super-fast time: our team has grown by no less than 100 (!) employees in recent years! Fortunately, we have a really great team of individuals who develop and grow along with us – something that is a great source of pride for us.

You may have noticed we have been advertising an increasing number of vacancies recently, all of which clearly indicates a very positive trend for us! We can say with confidence that VB-Airsuspension is doing well, to the extent that expanding our team has become a matter of urgency!

But… what is it about working at VB-Airsuspension that is so fun and challenging? First and foremost, because of our innovative (air) suspension systems! If you are not familiar with the concept of suspension systems and air suspension, that's not a problem! We would be delighted to tell you all about it as part of your training, so you'll soon become a convert, just like us!

But that’s not all… we’re a very friendly and dynamic group of people (no, really) – the various job profiles and associated work are highly specialised – we are always learning from one another – our various departments frequently collaborate on highly diverse projects– we have our own test track (and yes, taking a spin on the track does form part of the job description) – we have our own internal magazine (with all sorts of fun items!) – there is plenty of scope for personal development and further training – our colleagues come from all over the world, many of them working for our 8 global subsidiaries (!) – there is space to bring forward your own ideas and to put them into practice, which is how the company stays successful!

Were you won over? We certainly were!

Check out all our current vacancies – and there are quite a few – here.

Our HR department organised its first intern day on Wednesday March 27, 2024. On this day, our interns were introduced to the entire organisation, their colleagues, our expertise, our products – and of course each other!

The fastest way to the solution

Whether you're on your travels with a vehicle fitted with our air suspension or you regularly fit vehicles with our (air) suspension systems, you can sometimes end up with a situation that needs resolving there and then.
