VB-SemiAir has undergone further development and is now available for the Volkswagen Amarok, the Ford Ranger 2023 and later models. VB-SemiAir is supplied as a two-chamber system and is designed to support your vehicle's existing suspension for increased stability and spring force. The suspension can be adjusted separately on the left and right allowing you to level up your vehicle if it is unevenly loaded.
VB-SemiAir basic or comfort system?
Our semi air suspension is available in two different versions. But which is the best one for your vehicle?
+ VB-SemiAir basic system
Is your vehicle always heavily laden or do you carry uneven loads every once in a while? In this case, the VB-SemiAir basic system is a good option for you. The system is made up of two air springs, fasteners and two inflation valves. An external air supply can be used to pressurise the air springs.
The VB-SemiAir basic system is available for high-rider models with the 3+1 or 4+1 leaf spring package, with an electronic or mechanical handbrake and drum brakes or disc brakes.
+ VB-SemiAir comfort system
Do you regularly carry uneven loads in your vehicle? In this case, the VB-SemiAir comfort system is a good option for you. The control panel with high/low switch enables you to easily adjust the comfort system to the right pressure.
The VB-SemiAir comfort system consists of the VB-SemiAir basic system plus a control panel with two pressure gauges, two high/low switches and a powerful heavy-duty compressor. The high/low switch enables you to adjust the ride height of your vehicle so that you can inflate the air springs to the ideal pressure. The pressure gauges show the pressure (in bar) in the air springs.
The VB-SemiAir comfort system is available for models equipped with an electronic handbrake and disc brakes.
