On Thursday, January 23rd, we celebrated because our colleague Joop Menkhorst had been with us for 12.5 years! A great reason to celebrate together and ask him why he has been working at VB-Airsuspension for 12.5 years. He shared the following with us:

"When I started at VB-Airsuspension in 2012, it was still a relatively small company located on Frankenweg (Varsseveld, warehouse 110) – and I already enjoyed working there. Later, 'warehouse 112' was set up on Guldenweg. Together with colleagues, we established a new working method there. This allowed us to 'pick at height' and use carts for order picking, enabling us to work more ergonomically. Now, in the new building on Guldenweg, there is much more space, and we have everything under one roof. I have been working here for 12.5 years with great pleasure and appreciation from everyone."
