As you will already be aware, VB-Airsuspension has been working on the implementation of a new ERP system for several months now, Microsoft Dynamics AX. Since February, each department has dedicated one or two of its team each day to implementing and testing the new system.
After months of setting up the system, testing the system and testing the system again, the moment finally
arrived on Monday 1 December 2014, and Microsoft Dynamics AX went live. The many trials and simulations on the new system have certainly reaped rewards and the first few days have got off to a good start. However, as everyone acquaints themselves with an entirely new system, there have been a few minor unexpected issues. Unfortunately, this has led to delays for a few orders. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Pulse, our new ERP partner, marked the launch of the new system
with a cake, which was presented to Iginio Voorhorst by Cliff Dolfs in recognition of the pleasant and constructive collaboration enjoyed between the two companies.
The photo shows key users who have been working every day on implementing the new ERP system.
