During the recent Caravan Salon 2008, in Düsseldorf,
VB-Airsuspension presented a new series of front-axle suspension, consisting of a Full-Airsuspension for the Iveco Daily 60C-65C and a Semi-Airsuspension for the Iveco Daily 35C-65C.
The Full-Air system for the Iveco Daily 60C-65C has been specially developed for the camper market and is only available for the raised-cab option. The front axle suspension can be matched together with the Full-Air
rear-axle system provided by VB-Airsuspension, to create a single 4-Corner system. The VB-FullAir 4C system provides a distinct improvement in comfort levels, when compared to standard leaf-spring suspension. Besides comfort, VB-Airsuspension offers other benefits to vehicle users, such as improved road-holding, increased stability in corners and cross-winds, reduced tyre and brake wear, and reduced damage to road surfaces. These benefits appeal to an ever-widening list of vehicle applications that now specify air-suspension, such as ambulances, car transporters, distribution vehicles and mini-artics.

For the Iveco Daily 35C-65C with standard-cab, there is a Semi-Air available. This is a '2-chamber-system', meaning the airbags work independently from each other, to cope with differences in weight distribution. The system also ensures that front-axle stability is improved. As an option, there is a compressor box available, so that the system can be both inflated and deflated from the comfort of the cab.
